My speaking engagements range from keynote addresses for large organizations and corporate audiences to workshops and talks in more intimate school, religious, or private settings.

I have also performed live storytelling at numerous venues, including The Skirball Cultural Center, and The Moth’s Main Stage.

I am a frequent moderator and panelist at conferences across the country and have shared the stage with a number of well-known emotional health advocates and thought leaders, including Arianna Huffington, Peggy Orenstein, Geena Davis, Jane Fonda, Amy Chua, Katie Couric, and Esther Perel.

By weaving in clinical experience and real-world stories with compelling research, I help people to think about themselves and their place in the world in surprising new ways. My goal is to create open conversations around our emotional lives and to offer insights that shift perspectives and lead to change. I tailor my talks to accommodate the needs of specific audiences, and my style has been described as approachable, entertaining, and covertly informative—meaning, I provide valuable takeaways while keeping audiences engaged.
